Adopt a Meter Campaign (“Metroton”)

We are excited to announce that we are launching our Adopt-a-Meter campaign to install new turf in our soccer field and improve our sports facilities. Sports, and soccer in particular, is something that a huge percentage of our students are passionate about, and we want them to be able to play on the field of their dreams!

Our school soccer field is used by about 800-1000 people per week, with up to 100 games per month. Besides games and practices, it is also used daily for our PE classes. The turf was installed almost fourteen years ago, and due to heavy athletic use and weather conditions, it is time for a replacement.

From February 7th - 17th, we invite you to contribute and adopt a square meter for just $500 pesos. Due to the generosity of the Waldorf Astoria, combined with contributions from the Parent Society of Colegio el Camino and proceeds from our silent auction during the Christmas festival, 298 square meters have already been adopted, out of our final goal of 1166 square meters!

We will be installing a donor wall next to the entrance to the soccer field, where we’ll be recognizing all donors who adopt one square meter or more.

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available, as well as the option of tax deductible donations. Please stop by our school’s administrative offices or email for more information.

Let’s support our Hawks champions!
