Psychology and Counseling

The main goal of our school's psychology department is to address the socio-emotional needs of our students and any learning barriers they may face. This is achieved through brief psychological interventions where pedagogical resources and strategies are provided for implementation.

Additionally, in some cases, we suggest that students get extra support from professionals in the areas of educational psychology or neuropsychopedagogy so that we can work together with students and families, ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken for each individual.

Furthermore, we also focus on creating an inclusive environment and generating various action plans to help students develop skills or enhance multiple intelligences.  Depending on a student’s needs, we may also develop an individual educational plan.

In High School, we offer career counseling, including guidance on topics such as choosing careers, applying for scholarships, getting into college, and analyzing data.
